About Us

Tim grew up in Nashville where he attended Father Ryan HS and Belmont University. After Belmont, he worked in sales for a large concrete anchoring business and then for a commercial real-estate firm in leasing and sales before he started Parking Management Company. PMC now operates in over 250 markets across the US and is over 200 million in annual revenues. In 2018 Tim took a step back from PMC as CEO to the position of Executive Chairman to give himself more time to spend with his family and pursue other interests. In 2019 he and childhood friend Kevin McGinn started Property Maintenance Group to service their personal real-estate holdings and also a few family and friends but demand quickly grew and today they maintain several hundred properties for multiple clients all over Middle Tennessee. Tim is married to Lori and has four daughters and enjoys spending time with his family and hunting, flyfishing, hiking and boating in his free time.

Kevin is a Nashville native where he also attended Father Ryan and Belmont University. During school Kevin worked in residential construction and continued this career after graduation, moving into road and bridge building. After several years in the construction business, he moved his career into the commercial real-estate business working for a small boutique firm before he formed Treetop Real-Estate Group in the mid-90s. Today Treetop is still based in Nashville and operates all over Tennessee in retail sales, development and construction. Kevin is married to Cindy and has two grown sons and enjoys hunting, fishing and boating in his spare time.

Garland brings three years of property management experience to Property Maintenance Group, where he led the department overseeing the complete turnover of multifamily and single-family homes. His experience includes inspecting properties, documenting and coordinating repairs, and managing vendor schedules to ensure timely, high-quality work. A Nashville native, Garland holds a BS in Biochemistry from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, where he began his career in property management. Passionate about operational efficiency and team success, he is excited to drive PMG's growth in the Nashville community.
