Two plans, priced by the size of your home.
Standard is the full plan, billed monthly. Quarterly is four visits a year, billed quarterly. Here's where each one starts.

Billed monthly · Six-month minimum
Monthly maintenance visits with the full seasonal schedule, small repairs, priority scheduling and emergency response, a dedicated technician, and the Annual Home Health Report.
Quarterly
$200/quarter to start
Billed 4 times a year · Six-month minimum
The core checks on a quarterly rhythm: four visits a year with inspections, filter changes, and member pricing on repairs.

Nashville's home base, and we cover the surrounding counties, from Franklin in the south to Hendersonville up on the lake. In Austin we run from downtown out to Round Rock, Cedar Park, and Georgetown. A lake house and a downtown condo aren't the same kind of work, and the plan changes to match.
