What we do
Property Maintenance Group takes care of residential and commercial properties across Middle Tennessee.
We visually inspect the exterior and interior of your property, including roof and crawl space, and generate written reports on any needed repairs or replacements.
We maintain records on structure, systems, and appliances, tracking all repairs and work completed.
We coordinate, schedule, and follow up on all work performed by contractors and vendors, so you have a single point of contact for everything.
Monthly and annual service contracts available.

Davidson County is our home base. We also cover Williamson, Rutherford, Sumner, and Wilson counties. What we do varies a little by city: lakefront homes in Hendersonville need different attention than historic Franklin properties or post-2000 subdivisions in Mt. Juliet.
